Alexander Moya- Chief Clinical Officer
Dr. Alexander Moya currently serves as the Chief Clinical Officer for Langley Health Services. Dr. Moya practices Podiatric Medicine which diagnoses and treats conditions of the foot and ankle. After graduating from University of Florida, Dr. Moya attended Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine. He then completed a three year residency program at James A. Haley Veterans Hospital. Dr. Moya spent some time in private practice before joining the Langley team. He enjoys serving the residents of Sumter and Citrus County.

Why did you choose healthcare as a career path: I became a physician as I saw the amazing work my mom did as a physician. I became a pediatrician because I wanted to help children who are sick. There is no better better feeling than taking away the pain and illness of a sick child and making them smile again.

Dr. Olga Grajales is a board-certified family physician with over 30 years of experience in the medical field. Dr. Grajales graduated from the U.C.E School of Medicine, Dominican Republic in 1979 and did her specialty in Family Medicine at the University of Puerto Rico (1984). She also graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Master of Science in Health Sciences from the Touro University in California in 2006. Dr. Grajales is a retired CAPT and Flight Surgeon of the US Coast Guard and US Public Health Service. Dr. Grajales is bilingual in both English and Spanish. Hablo Español. She has rejoined our Langley Family and accepting new patients.

Dr. Kestranek has been working as a dentist for over 35 years. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Dental Medicine from Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry. He believes in in delivering effective and comprehensive care. He greets everyone with a smile and some laughs to make everyone comfortable. While working in his private practice he had the privilege of treating the Cleveland Browns coaches and their families. In addition to private practice, he had the honor to teach as an adjunct professor at Case Western School of Dentistry. He has been married for 17 years to his loving wife and collectively they have 4 children and 6 grandchildren. In his spare time, he loves fishing, boating, attending golf tournaments, and being an awesome grandpa. One of his proudest moments was having the opportunity to hand his son his dental diploma from his alma mater Case Western Reserve School of Dentistry.

Why did you choose healthcare as a career path: I decided to go into nursing right after high school because I knew it would provide job security and stability. To give the much-needed care and compassion and lessen the stigma associated with mental illness, I made the decision to extend my studies and pursue a career as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
