Who do you serve?
It is LHS’s mission to provide quality comprehensive health care to anyone needing our services. Services will be provided with courtesy, dignity, and compassion by professional, well-trained staff. LHS offers primary, dental, and behavioral health care to all individuals, regardless of their financial or insurance status.

What are your hours?
Our sites are open for medical services Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Additionally, the walk-in clinic at the Sumterville location is open from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays. Our dental department in Sumterville offers extended hours and is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed most major holidays.

What services do you provide?
We provide pediatric, adult medicine, radiology, Behavioral Health, Healthy Start, Dental, Walk-In Clinic, and Podiatry services. Pharmacy services are available for established LHS patients and Laboratory services are available on site in Sumterville through Quest Diagnostics. We also have an independent physical therapist, cardiologist, and dermatologist on site.

How much do services cost?
LHS offers a sliding scale based on income for those patients who have no insurance through an income verification process. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and various private insurance plans. Please visit our insurance page or call the numbers listed above to verify if we accept your insurance carrier. Payment of your medical/dental visit is expected at the time of service.

Do I need an appointment?
LHS strongly suggests that you make an appointment to be seen and establish with a primary care physician. A primary care physician gets to know you and your family to better address ongoing medical issues and make suggestions to keep you and your family healthy. However, if an urgent issue does come up that doesn’t require emergency room care, LHS does offer a walk-in clinic in Sumterville Monday-Saturday. Calling in advance would provide a shorter wait time.
