Our care team includes dedicated physicians, dentists, hygienists, nurse practitioners, behavioral health providers, and clinical support staff; all working together to ensure you receive the best care possible in a welcoming, respectful environment.
To get started, we encourage you to:
- Schedule your first appointment and arrive 15 minutes prior if possible
- Check in prior on our Phreesia application
- Bring your ID, insurance card (if applicable), and any medical records to your first visit. We offer a sliding fee discount for those without insurance as well as a prompt payment discount to lessen the burden of receiving healthcare in our facility.
